LaLunaNumae (“we,” “us”) is a business based in Miami, Florida 33122, United States. We do not publish a physical street address. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We designed this product to hold tender information—your name, birth date, and reflections—with care.

What we collect

You give us: your name and birth date, your email address, account preferences, and anything you write into the app, including journal entries, decisions, and conversations with the guide. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your billing details; we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Voice journal recordings: when you choose voice journaling, the recording is processed only to create the transcript you review. Raw audio is not saved to your account, journal history, or offline cache. The reviewed text is stored only when you choose to save the entry.

Collected automatically: basic device, security, and usage information such as pages viewed, features used, approximate region, and error logs needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use and share information

We use information to calculate and deliver your Blueprint and reflections, remember your history, operate your account and subscription, respond to requests, send communications you selected, protect the service, and improve the product. Service providers may process only the information needed for their function, including our AI, database/hosting, email-delivery, storage, analytics, and payment providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use private journal entries or private conversations to train public AI models.

Legal bases and regional rights

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, based on consent, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests such as security and product operation. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information and to withdraw consent or appeal a denied request.

Your choices

Signed-in members can download a copy of their data or permanently delete their account from the account page. You may unsubscribe using the link in marketing messages. For another privacy request, use our secure contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Account deletion removes user-linked application data as described in the product, subject to limited records we must retain by law. Data is encrypted in transit and our primary providers encrypt stored data. No system can guarantee perfect security.

International processing and children

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries with different data-protection laws. We use available contractual and provider safeguards where required. The service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18 or the applicable age of majority.
