These terms govern your use of LaLunaNumae, a business based in Miami, Florida 33122. We do not publish a physical street address. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

What the service is

LaLunaNumae provides personalized reflections drawing on astrology, numerology, journaling, and nervous-system practices. It is for personal growth and self-connection. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for a licensed professional.

Your account and acceptable use

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Keep your login secure and tell us through the contact form if you believe your account is compromised. You may not disrupt or probe the service, bypass access controls, scrape or resell it, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, impersonate others, or use it to harm anyone.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe monthly or annually and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your account or billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, submit the contact form within 14 days so we can review it. Price changes apply only after notice and no earlier than the next renewal.

Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains the providers we use and your export and deletion choices.

Intellectual property

The service, design, software, methodology, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Your personalized outputs are for your lawful personal use, subject to any rights in underlying third-party materials. You may not resell, clone, or redistribute the service itself.

Availability and termination

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or put the service or others at risk. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law and contact

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and permitted proceedings will be brought in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
